How to Enroll
Step 1
Create an account for our Enrollment Portal.
Through the Enrollment Portal, you can complete your online application, receive real-time updates, and track your admissions status every step of the way.
Step 2
Complete admissions requirements.
Submit your child’s registration form and required documents using one of the convenient options below:
- Upload documents directly through your Enrollment Portal account
- Text clear images of documents to our secure text line: 216-250-4011
- Email documents to: enrollment@classicaloh.org
Step 3
Monitor your enrollment status
After submitting your application and required documents, continue checking your Enrollment Portal for status updates, missing items, and next steps. Our admissions team will contact you if additional information is needed.

Eligibility Requirements
- Students must reside in the state of Ohio to be eligible for enrollment.
- Age eligibility per Jefferson Classical Academy of Ohio Education Code is as follows:
- Kindergarten: To enroll students have to be 5 by first day of school (8/17/26). Students can take an early kindergarten assessment if they turn 5 by January 1.
